What Shipping Methods Are Available?

The shipping methods we have available are UHS delivery and Self-pick-up. You can either pick up your items at the market or let us deliver it to you.

Do You Ship nationwide?

Yes, we do delivery nationwide. However, delivery to other locations outside Accra take between 1-3 days.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

It takes less than a day to get your items after ordering.

What payment methods are available?

Unique Hub Systems accepts payments via VISA and Mobile Money. We also have pay-after -delivery options available for you; but only under certain conditions. Kindly contact us if you want to know more.

Is Buying Online Safe?

It is safe to buy online if you are buying from a reliable company. Unique Hub Systems is a registered Business and are committed to proving to our customers that it is safe to shop with us. That is why we allow Pay-after-delivery options. We trust you. So you can trust us.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you have not already received the email information that your order was shipped, you can simply cancel your order by getting in touch with our Customer Support Team. If your order has already been shipped you will not be able to cancel it, but still potentially able to return it.

Do I need an account to place an order?

UHS recommends you to create an account to place an order. You are can also quickly create an account when checking out.

How Do I Track My Order?

We will send you regular updates about the status of your order via call, email or SMS. You can also use the order tracking tab on your user account page.

How Can I Return a Product?

Kindly fill the request form at our contact us page or send an email to sales@uniquehubsystems.com. You will then be made to return the item to or office for replacement or refunding if qualified
